Honda Civic Type R EP3

2004 Honda Civic Type R facelift up for sale. Ive owned the car a short period of time but now need something more practical and slightly better on fuel. The car drives spot on, nice and straight and pulls well in all gears with no issues. Hits VTEC as it should with no smoke and goes well! Its on 133k miles - nothing for these engines when looked after like this example. Car will come with Sony Single Din stereo (not the double din seen in pictures). New discs and pads all round done recently. M2 resonated exhaust sounds great and isnt too loud or droney on the motorway. Recently replaced rocker cover gasket. Serviced around 6 months ago. Timing chain done at 100k by previous owner as a peace of mind. Engine management light is on (code P0141) for an O2 sensor. Doesnt effect the car or the way is drives in any way. Drivers side window currently doesnt go down.

I have replaced the switch which didnt resolve the issue so I assume its the window motor. Slight scuff on the passenger rear side bumper. Any questions please give me a shout.
