Honda Civic Type R EP3 Future Classic

Honda Civic Type R with Premier seats and close to full prem spec. This is my 5th vtec & 2nd type R (DC2 Integra Type R, EE8 CRX VT, BB1 Prelude Vtec & EK4 Civic VTI). Prior to my ownership it was family owned since 2012, the owner was a Honda enthusiast & charged S2000 owner. Comprehensive service history, last few from Honda & last in Aug 19.

Great MOT history (MOT till Aug20), often first time pass & all advisories done. Great example of condition over mileage (164k and going strong), regularly maintained.

Standard, other than upgraded bulbs & K&N filter which is removable but great for crossover vtec sound. Spare wheel, original tool kit, 2 keys & fobs that work. Prem seats are mint for age, no bolster wear. Oil regularly checked (checked & topped up last weekend).

4 good tyres, new discs & pads in Aug18. Mainly crusing motorway miles as used to commute, no limiter bashing. Mature owner, as was previous owner who had since 2012.

Future classic in great condition and best colour combo. Don't let the mileage put you off, seen examples under 100k which aren't as clean. This car has been faultless. I've bought Honda's at over 200k mileage and never missed a beat.
