Honda Civic Type R (FN2) Championship White

It is still a Honda you'd be please to know! I have loved every moment of owning this car.

It's done me proud in reliability, performance and looks. Its needless to say, I spared no expense.

Cal the man himself Jesse Halford. Switchable Maps due to it being Type R GT (Cruise Controls allow map switches). Features: Variable Launch Control Pop and Bang Burbles Auto Blip Flat Foot Shift. Note: Map 1 disables all added features for normal commuting but still runs the full 235.5 bhp and 154.4 lb-ft. Oil change intervals were done between 2500 miles and 3500 miles though I tried to do it as soon as practically possible within those parameters.

I religiously allow the car to warm up for about 1-2minutes (until revs drop to 1500RPM) everyday of use and limit RPM use to around 3500 RPM until Engine temps are nominal. After a long or joyful drive I ensure to keep engine running for a couple minutes before switching it off.

Where possible (Around 95% of the time), the car has always been drinking Shell V-Power 99 Oct. New Clutch (OEM 3 Piece kit Exedy) and Honda MTF3 Transmission Oil at Honda HQ (12th November 2020). New Chain, Guides and Tensioner AND Valve Clearances at Honda HQ (20th June 2020). New Crank Pulley and Aux Belt Tensioner (12th November 2020). Replaced FRONT LEFT and FRONT RIGHT Sachs Shock Absorbers.

Fast Road Setup Geometry at Harveys Autotech (9th October 2019). Brand New YUASA HSB053 Silver 12V Battery replaced (Late February 2021) Last battery was Bosch, worked fine but had slow cranking after winter.

PCV Valve replaced (Late Summer 2020). Reconditioned Rocker Cover (OEM Red and OEM texture). OEM Xenon Bulbs Replaced OSRAM Original Xenarc 4-year guarantee. HKS RSK Intake (Genuine HKS filter changed as of 11th March 2021). Infinity Exhausts Custom Catback (2.5).

Eibach Lowering Springs (Stock Shock Absorbers). Mugen Replica Spoiler (Carbon Blade). Mugen Replica Front Lip (Stone Chipped You will be able to see this from images provided).

Mugen Replica Shifter (Carbon with Red Accent). Js Racing Vented Bonnet (Painted 2 Tone [CW and black]). Tegiwa Camber Bolts (For the FRSU). Team Dynamics LE Pro Race 1.3 18 (Gloss Anthracite) [small scuff on near side front]. Both fronts are running Advan AD08RS (installed around 1000 miles ago).

Both Rears are running Advan AD08R. Super grippy when compound is warm. Ideally, I'd like to see this car go to an enthusiast and will continue to see to this Type R's healthy future!
