Honda Civic Vti MB6 Very low miles one owner like type R classic original 2000

Honda Civic Vti MB6 vtec Late model B18C4. The car was used until recently as a holiday motor parked in a garage at a second home for use when the elderly owners were away in the Lakes. This car has been well maintained and serviced, runs and drives as the mileage would suggest, and I would have thought has rarely been into vtec mode!

Oil is super clean like a new car, clutch \ gearbox, brakes etc. Leather and velour mix interior. I will put on some better photos asap. No rust / solid underneath.

Few car park dings and minor scratches. Central locking not working because of aftermarket alarm which needs removing. Not a full history, however I know its been serviced by Stan Palmers originally and then locally and not missed one!
