Honda Civic Type R EP3 2006 Premier Edition 59k genuine miles

Here for very reluctant sale is my lovely Civic type R premier edition in nighthawk Black. I bought the car back in the summer with the idea of keeping it long term as an investment but I've got nowhere to keep it anymore and it's such a shame its not getting used. The car has 59k genuine miles from new and is in fabulous condition.

There are no dents whatsoever on the entire car or large scratches at all. The car is sitting on 4 Goodyear Eagles and they have plenty of life left in them. There is full service history which is mostly Honda and all the service books are present and with the car with loads of other history. The history is the most comprehensive I've ever seen for a car.

The car is completely standard apart from the pedals and the Sony Bluetooth stereo that I had fitted myself brand new in June. It's never been messed with or been lowered, no silly parts fitted, it's a genuinely nice honest example and will only appreciate in value.

I have removed the handbrake cover that is seen in the photos. I've also got the standard double din sat nav stereo that came with the car that I will include as part of the sale. The interior is immaculate, the front seats are in near perfect condition with no rips or tears. They are very comfortable and look fantastic.

The back seats don't look like they've ever been sat in. The red Premier edition carpets are very clean and have no wear to them as seen in the photos. Vtec engages perfectly throughout the gears as it should with a car with such low mileage. The car could benefit from a professional paint correction one day to make it look perfect and the wheels could do with a refurb although they are in good condition for the age and are still in the original paint with no large kerb marks.

This really is in my opinion one of the best examples of this car and I'm going to be devastated to see it go to somebody else. I've owned three of these over the years and this really is a stunner. 2 keys, all original manuals and wallet present.

Even has the original floor mats. The only bad thing about this car is the previous owners including myself is 8. However this may put some people off it really is an immaculate example of the car with genuine miles with the documents to prove it. Personally I would rather a well looked after car with low mileage over a car with less owners and higher mileage.
