Honda Civic Type R EP3

Honda civic EP3 Type R for sale. I bought it a year ago as a Cat N write off due to a cracked sump and front bumper.

(I have pics and evidence) it seemed to have driven over something, cracked the bottom of the front bumper and caught the sump too. I had a new steel sump fitted and it's been mechanically sound since. I've spent the past year having work done and tidying it up.

Recently had an MOT and has 96k miles on the clock. In April this year it had a new clutch, valve clearances checked and adjusted with new rocker gasket, full service including oil & filter, air filter, spark plugs, brake fluid, fresh coolant and gearbox oil etc. Everything used was genuine honda. It also had new front bottom ball joints, rear drop links and front engine mount. Ive fitted a pre facelift bumper (I prefer), recently powder coated Mitsubishi EVO 8 MR wheels wrapped in brand new Goodyear eagle f1 aysmmetric 6 tyres these were done and fitted a couple months ago. Integra dc5 recaro seats and a jc clubsport false floor with bar and red cargo net to match seats and red gear gaiter. LED Bulbs inside and out. There's another exhaust here for it too in better condition as I was going to start tidying underneath up. The car is completely standard, apart from what I've mentioned above. Still has original cat and I also still have the original interior. Seats, rear seatbelts, bolts, radio, gear gaiter etc. It is rusty underneath like they all are won't pretend it's mint under there but I've also seen and had worse and it's not been covered up by under-seal so you can see for yourself anyway.

There is stone chips and scratches around it as to be expected for a 19 year old car. It's done just over 1000 miles since its last MOT in June 22. I'm also happy to listen to offers without the seats or wheels etc. Let me know if interested.
