Honda Civic Type R EP3 Turbo 380bhp Premier Edition

EDIT: Had lots of interest on this but please no offers of PX guys. I dont want another car. With the biggest regret the time has come to sell this after 7 years of ownership. 1 previous owner i have owned this car since 2012 although will show as 3 in total.

Car was put in a family members name prior. I have been the sole user and owner of the car since 2012 and since the car was on 47,000mi. The car came to me in factory stock spec. Every single modification on the car has been carried out in my ownership. 84k miles, Oil always changed every year/6k.

Engine always run on V-POWER through my entire ownership. I already have a new car so no PX. Have just carried out the following work within the last month.

New AD08r tyres at front. Gearbox oil drain and refil with Torco MTF. New Spark Plugs NGK BKR9EIX. Oil Service with Fuchs Titan Pro 10w50 & OEM filter (Will be carried out just prior to sale). Bad Points as every car has them.

Alloys could do with refurbing. Oil temperature gauge sometimes plays up. Take a look at the build thread for loads more pics! Will try and get the spec right but im sure there is stuff i have missed! 3 Stainless downpipe and screamer. Competition Stage 4 clutch kit. Turbosmart Hypergate 45mm WG (5psi spring fitted).

Turbosmart Race port 50mm BOV. 3" Intercooler and 2.5" Pipes. Speed factory 4 Bar map sensor. Torques teflon hoses for oil & fuel lines.

Solid Fabrications 3 catback w/Titanium burnt tip. Energy Suspension engine mount inserts. Fuchs 10w50 Titan pro s oil. Skunk 2 weighted gear knob.

Exedy Stage 1 Clutch kit. Skunk 2 magnetic drain bolt. Skunk 2 Gold Lower Control Arms. AD08R's 215/45/17 (Brand New on front, rears 6mm). J's racing gold rear tie bar. Genuine Honda Jazz washer jets. Genuine JDM Honda red mats. Depo racing Oil pressure gauge. Depo racing Oil temperature gauge.
